Hello pple!!!! I just dropped by to say hello..haha Still in Africa. currently, waiting for my aunt and mum to get back from the supermarket so we can go shopping!! We just came back from Hluhluwe game reserve.. i think that's how its spelled.. we stayed there for 3 days.. went "hunting" for animals.. and saw lots and lots of animals up close.. at first when we saw giraffes and zebras, we were all like "WOW!!! SO PRETTY!! LOOK AT THAT!!" after seeing like so many giraffes and zebras, we went "ARGHH!! why are there so many giraffes?! we want elephants! WE WANT ELEPHANTS!! WE WANT ELEPHANTS!!" haha the elephants, lions, leopards, buffoloes and rhino are what they call the big five.. cos they are the strongest predators and endangered.. we only managed to find the elephant, buffolo and rhino.. *after suffering in the hot hot sun for hours.. it was 37 degrees!~!

Anyway.. I swim almost everyday here..haha cos its bloody hot and there's like a pool at home.. COOL! haha Last sun, we went to my aunt's mother-in-law's house to have a family gathering.. had a bbq.. and so i was swimming.. then.. the big men decided i had to be thrown into the pool like some young 10 year old kid..haha i look seriously young to them..haha here's the clip..


There are more clips..but i got no time to blog here.. anyway. you guys HAVE TO WATCH the clip below..haha its a car BUILT FROM SCRATCH by Howard * my aunt's father-in-law*.. he took 4 years.. its called the batcar.. and i actually got to drive in it!!! * o.. its a SPORTS car.. u got to hear the engine!!

O forget it.. i will post it once i'm back from singapore.. the connection is tooooo slow here.. arghh..

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exams are FINALLY over.. and I'm leaving for South Africa in 4 days!! YAY!!!! anyway.. i had a really tough time 2 weeks ago.. so busy practising piano every single day, every single hour.. so terrible that i had a breakdown.. totally frightened all my love ones.. pple like ah dear, hua and of cos.. my mum.. haha the last time i had a breakdown where my mum was involved was in sec 4 when i had trouble memorizing my geo notes.. (imagine Miss Yzelman, my geo teacher then, reading this..haha she's now my colleague or mentor..very nice of her to help me..ahahha i just handled in some crappy work and instead of asking me to do it again.. she decided to help me improve on it.. she's the best!)

Anyway.. this time.. I broke down becos no matter how hard i practised.. i jus couldnt get it right and worse.. I COULD NOT FOCUS!! stupid.. my brain jus keeps shutting down.. ah dear says i practised so much that my brain jus cant take it anymore.. anyway.. the turning point is when... (here comes the scary story).. a day after i broke down.. i had a rest.. no playing the piano.. did nothing but play.. exercise.. then at night.. i was happily slping.. on my side.. when suddenly i felt something pushed me and i turned to face the ceiling and opened my eyes.. and GUESS WHAT!! EEEKK!! A VERY VERY ANGRY WOMAN CAME RIGHT INTO MY FACE! yupz! its that scary.. its not jus some woman walking past ok.. its right into my face.. i screamed (not really scream but like.. eerr!) then it slowly vanished into smoke.. o ya.. it was in blue.. like why blue?? then i continued to stare wide eyed into space.. i couldnt move.. now i know what is frozen with panick. then i tried to look for my "fu" under my pillow.. gosh.. the best part? I never felt so awake.. so focus in months! i couldnt slp after that.. when to slp in my brother's room..haha then at 11am i decided i'm jus going to wake up and practise..hahA

The best thing is i never have been able to practise with so much focus and alertness for months la! so i dunno if this nightmare was a ghost trying to help me? or my brain jus decided this is the best way to wake me up..haha and that was how i managed to survive through my exam..haha i won't say i did well.. but i won't say its very bad.. i might fail again.. but at least i tried my best. anyway.. i'm so glad i have so many pple who loves me..hee.. pple who stand by me whenever i need them.. hee.. I think hua has been suffering under my depression for a long time.. now i'm back alive and cheerful that i think she muz be relieved..haha too bad i'm leaving for africa sooon.. (i know she's going to miss me so much.. hahahaa think even more than Jason cos at least Jason has his work to distract him..haha)

Anyway.. i'm going to South Africa for 3 weeks! 3 weeks ok?! my longest vacation ever! going there to visit my aunt and my darling cousin, Xander! heez.. I wonder if he remembers me..haha i doubt so though.. My sis and I used to hug him and force him to take pictures with us every time we see him..heez.. so handsome.. so cute.. ok.. i know you pple always ask the same qns: "your aunt married a black guy?!" the ans is.. NO.. its a white guy.. and AFRICA DOES NOT ONLY HAVE BLACK GUYS OK?! AND NO.. THEY ARE NOT ALL TRIBAL PPLE?! its funny everyone thinks africa as a tribal, backward place... but really.. its not.. and studying soci.. i actually think tribal pple are so much healthier and happier BEFORE we "modern" pple decided to visit them and give them cigarettes.. haiz.. or.. and before we started destroying their land and forcing them to move out.. poor pple.. anyway.. we are visiting the victoria falls! i'm not good in geo or basically i dun really read the news..haha all i heard is that victoria falls is one of the tallest waterfall.. amazing! and i'm thinking if they have water rafting.. dunno what they call it.. that will be so cool! BEST STILL.. darling Xander has WII!!! hahaha i'm going to play it every night while i'm there..haha
