Group lesson last week

Finally got the photos of the group lesson i had to conduct last week.. hee..






Ice breakers.. basically we played the game.. call out the name and the one with the magazine goes whacking the fellow.. and now Winston and I are telling the whacker who is Jeffrey..
















The biggest loser of the day.. the one in green.. my student.. cant remember more than one name.. and jus keeps getting called.. so he keeps getting whacked..haha

AMK hub open bash

Concert finally over.. phew.. it wasnt really that scary cos we couldn really be bothered.. not a formal concert anyway.. well.. the best part of this whole performance is the mascots!!! so cute!!!! hee.. here's the photos!






That's Beethoven bear and Mozart mouse.. so cute.. they are actually two cute teenage boys.. hee.. so i think they are both cute without in the costumes or not..

This is so funny.. cos the mascots cant really see.. so dear beethoven bear actually nearly collided with the stand and the piano..haha he jus dunno where he was going.. o.. and while they were dancing.. i was so afraid that the mouse will trip stepping on his tail.. haha




They are really cute.. while they were back stage... they were actually fighting.. haha cos i keep hitting the mouse's nose and their fake tummy.. the mouse would purposely look sad..haha like rub his stomach.. then the bear starts hitting the mouse's nose too.. and mouse then hits the bear's tummy.. then the bear starts pulling the mouse's tail.. haha and the mouse will remove his costume head and said "i'm falling! stop it!" haha when the bear has nothing to do.. he starts twisting his body to and fro.. haha so cute..


Winston and I are the first to perform.. it was so scary.. cos we were so busy we didnt have time to prac before the concert.. then when i got up there. i realised i couldn remember what i was playing.. so i had to sight read on the spot!! so scary!! actaully skipped a bar !! haha luckily no one spotted it..

This my student and I.. we played "my heart will go on" duet.. its very easy for me..haha cos its a beginner level score..haha I even had time to disturb my manager aka the emcee for the day..*during the rehearsal*.. lucky this student is very hardworking... she improved so much in 2 days that she didnt make any mistakes..

pissed off.. i shouldn have started learning piano in the first place.. now i'm stuck.. i'm not rich enough to get a proper piano for myself.. a PROFESSIONAL level piano.. the one i jus bought isnt good enough.. and its abit..haiz.. but i got no money?! then how????? help!!!!! somebody pls give me $16000!!
i wanna get some students!! need money for getting piano.. so pple.. help me find!!!! only available on mon and tues.. or wed-fri mornings!! pls help hor!

Another week has passed.. the past week was pretty hectic.. actually.. i have only a few lessons last week cos its group lessons week.. but to teach a group is damn tiring man.. these little devils.. anyway.. i was the MC for Cristofori's concert yst.. was sooo nervous.. but after awhile.. it was quite fun.. hee the moment i stepped on stage.. i could see pple taking photos of me.. like huh? i dun even noe them.. and they cant be from crist cos.. they arent standing, not sitting right in front and not at the back.. they were jus scattered around.. haha.. mayb its my dress..hahaa i finally got to wear the beautiful dress my dear bought for me last anniversary.. hee.. like it so much..

anyway.. ya.. it was fun cos there was lots of imprompto.. like.. suddenly they say overrun! and i have to speed up.. haha once.. we overran.. so one of the stage helper suggested.. "why dun u jus go out and say... next we shall have XXX playing XXX.." which means no brief intro or anything.. haha.. my assitant manager didnt expect me to really do it.. but i did! hahahaha i took less than 5sec.. hahaha according to the script i should have taken at least 25sec.hahah oops.. when i went back.. my assistant manager was so shocked.. "you really did that!!" hhaha.. and ever since.. we actually became ahead of time.. esp when i read the top students name really quickly..hahaha they haven walked out i say the next person's name already..hahaha

There was this indian boy.. SO CUTE!!! he was so short he had to stand and play the keyboard.. and he wore this black striped TUX.. with a white handkerchief in the left front pocket.. haha.. soooo cute!!! AND he played a mario kind of song!! very cute de.. WITH a straight face!! haha everyone enjoyed it sooo much.. he got the loudest applause..haha

then i had to do some dvd commercial ad la.. so i asked "have you been enjoying the performances so far???" and i expected silence.. but NO! i got "YESH!!!!!" from the kids behind..hahaha i was so shocked.. "O wow! I have too!!" hahaha and then.. "if you have.. you are in for a treat becos all the performances are recorded into our musicale dvd!! the original price is 24.60 BUT if you order it today, you get it at 20.30!! only 20.30!!!" so lame.. i could feel pple going -_-".. haha my assistant manager said usually pple dun buy the dvd.. but at the end of the concert.. we were sooo surprised becos the helpers outside said there's a chaos outside cos everyone is trying to order the dvd..hahaha.. they used up all their order forms!! how i wish i can get commission for the dvd i helped to promote la!! i would have earned more than 200!! wth..haha o well.. it was tiring but fun..

O.. last thing pple.. i'm performing at amk hub on the 22nd of sept! pls come support!! its the launch of amk hub i think.. so i'm performing a duet with Vui yi.. my students will also be performing..hee.. 22nd sept!!!! SATURDAY.. should be around 2-3pm.. if coming..u can ask me for the exact timing again...

Finally exam's over.. and it really went as i expected.. even worse..honestly.. i'm not trying to be humble or lack of confidence.. but its really a goner.. i was so nervous.. when i started playing.. i made so many mistakes.. i was literally trembling.. after i finally settled down abit.. i couldn play anymore.. the third piece which is supposed to be something i'm better at.. was HORRIBLE.. cos i'm fingers and arms were sooooo tired.. i couldnt move it!! it was cramped!!!! i was quite pissed at first.. but then by the last piece.. i was actually smiling to myself.. cos i was thinking.. "forget it.. its definitely a goner already.. might as well jus enjoy my last piece".. so crappy.. my teacher was right.. i wont be able to play through all the pieces cos i'm not used to the piano.. my house piano is too light.. while the exam piano is damn heavy.. which means i need to use lots of strength to play it.. that's y i cramped by the third piece.. God.. i REALLY need to get a new piano.. die also muz sell this crappy piano away.. ARGHH!!!

I really dunno if i should feel happy or sad.. i already expected the outcome.. but i was hoping for some miracle..haha which didnt happen.. haiz.. sad but then again.. i tell myself.. well.. its over.. try again another time.. but honestly.. i still feel disappointed.. cos.. i tried so hard.. and its not like i am always this lousy.. I WAS good.. honestly.. i was so much better in the past..not jus my teacher says so.. i can feel it too.. i was able to play certain parts and pieces the way i wanted in the past.. now.. no matter how hard i try.. i jus cant seem to get it right.. why the hell is this happening to me.. if god can tell me the root of the prob and how to solve it.. I swear i will do it.. even if the solution means i have to quit my job and pay the penalty $3000.. i WILL do it.. so god.. what's ur reply???? *i'm getting delusional..*

anyway.. i'm muz say.. I LOVE YOU HUA!!! haha thanks so much.. u dunno how much it means to me for u to acc me.. really.. i cant imagine if i was alone.. and to my colleagues and all those who have been comforting me here..haha thanks too..hahaha dear Winston *one of my colleague* actually asked the same qns and the examiner.. amazing.. if he hadnt told me the ans beforehand.. i wouldn noe how to ans them..hahaha thanks man.. sorry i have to waste ur effort though..haha sorry for disappointing the rest who had faith in me too..haha no worries.. i wont give up yet! i thought of giving up but i will not do it.. i cant after pursuing for so many years.. NO WAY!!! Ganbatte!!!!!!

Last thing.. to prove that I AM really unlucky these days.. lets summarize what's happening to me again.. i'm sick since last month.. still coughing.. mmm.. plus.. my piano playing is going downhill after all those prac... then i had to do some tabletopics all by myself last month.. o.. now.. i have so many bruises all over my legs.. no idea why.. then THEN... yst.. my exam day.. the very first thing tat happened in the morn is i couldn on my hp.. it hangs at the nokia logo.. how nice.. really nice.. i really need to go to the temple man.... hua!!!! temple!! now!!
